How to convert FAT (First Allocation Table)
file system into NTFS (New Technology File System) in DOS.
In this tutorial you‘ll be learn how to convert your hard drive’s
FAT file system into NTFS file system.
First of all go to start menu and open “RUN” and type there
“CMD” or “Command.com”
Now a new window of (DOS) disk operating system should be
appear.
Now us this command here like this,
“Convert (drive volume
with “:”) /fs:ntfs /v /Nosecurity /x”
“Convert e: /fs:ntfs /v /nosecurity /x”

When you‘ll be press enter then computer will be ask you to
create volume label for current drive,
Type here “Local Disk “ or “ New Volume” and press enter.
Now it’s convert into NTFS file system from FAT file system
without formation.
For more information about Conversion, type "Help Convert" in DOS.
After conversion into NTFS you can check your file system
using this command “CHKNTFS E:”
